Business purpose

The object of the company is:

(c) the establishment of branches, the acquisition, leasing, management and disposal of companies, the participation in companies and partnerships whose essential business purpose corresponds to that of lit. (a) and (b), as well as their management and representation;

(d) the conduct of other auxiliary and ancillary businesses related to the object of the company, but excluding all transactions subject to the provisions of the Banking Act;

(e) the exercise of the property developer trade.
